Shipping

If you pay directly, your order will be shipped as soon as possible (1 to 2 working days, if in stock). If you order before 16:00, we try to ship the same day. If you choose bank transfer, the processing time is usually 3 working days.

Would you like to return your order? Then please follow the steps below.

1. Try or examine the product as soon as possible after receipt and leave the packaging and cards intact as much as possible.
2. If you want to exchange or return the product please indicate this by e-mail to [email protected].
3. Pack the product well and add the return form (to be requested by mail) or the packing slip, please indicate on the packing slip whether you want to exchange or return. (if you want to send the product in a used box please remove old barcodes)
4. Send the package with sufficient postage to the address below and save (or email us) the tracking code.
5. We will process the return within 7 days, and if you want to exchange we will send the new product for free.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging to Zalda Ruitersport, supplements cannot be returned if the seal is broken or opened. To exercise this right, please contact us [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order. If you have changed your mind about an order made through this site and you wish to return the goods, please do so as soon as possible after receipt. Because shipping is always at the expense and risk of the sender, the package must be properly packaged and sufficiently stamped (insufficiently stamped mail is already refused by PostNL, do not forget to remove any old barcodes from the box). If the returned goods are complete, in their original packaging and unused, we will refund the purchase price to your account as soon as possible (usually within 14 working days after receipt of the package). 

For a quick settlement always add a copy of the purchase invoice with the mention 'cancellation' and possibly your bank or giro account number. 

Please note: in order to exchange the products, you can also return them to the address below and indicate by e-mail which product you wish to receive, we will then send the new product to you free of charge.
